Parcel IQ is built by real estate practitioners for individual investors, small builders, and local brokers. We understand that your deal activity is sensitive and that the addresses you search, the markets you watch, and the opportunities you evaluate represent real competitive intelligence. This policy explains clearly and completely how we handle your data — because the promises on our homepage deserve to be backed up in writing.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you purchase credits or a subscription, payment is processed through a third-party payment provider and we do not store your card information. When you use the platform, we collect the addresses and parcels you analyze in order to generate your reports. We also collect standard technical data — browser type, device type, session activity — that most web applications collect to keep the product running correctly.
We use your data for one purpose: to provide you with the service you paid for and to make that service more accurate and useful over time. Your search activity and report history are used solely to improve Parcel IQ's analysis quality. That is the only commercial use we make of your data.
We will not sell your data to third parties.
We will not share your search activity, deal history, or analyzed addresses with other users of Parcel IQ.
We will not aggregate user search behavior into datasets for commercial use.
We will not use your deal activity to inform or benefit any other party — including lenders, brokers, national builders, data aggregators, or investors.
Your deal flow does not feed anyone else's business intelligence. This commitment applies to us directly and to how we operate our platform. It is not contingent on the practices of any third-party vendor or service provider we may use to keep the product running.
We retain your account information and report history for as long as your account is active. If you close your account and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, non-identifiable technical data may be retained for product improvement purposes only.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at steventaz@comcast.net.
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you by email before those changes take effect. We will never change our practices in a direction that contradicts the commitments made in this policy without your explicit consent.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us directly at steventaz@comcast.net. We're a small team and you'll get a real answer from a real person.
